Combine soy sauce, garlic powder, olive oil, and hot sauce in a gallon Ziploc bag.
Add the steak strips to the bag and let marinate for 30 to 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 520°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place drained marinated steak strips on baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Remove steak from oven and sprinkle with parsley and crushed red pepper if desired.
